The problem
One AI chat is helpful. Ten at once on the same codebase collide, overload the laptop, and ship work nobody checked.
What I built
- A kanban where every task is one card, one branch, and its own worktree, so agents never step on each other.
- One orchestrator that hands work to Claude, Codex, Gemini, and Cursor, and reroutes when one runs out of capacity.
- Guard hooks that stop pushes, deletions, and changes to live client sites until I sign off.
- A machine-wide load pool that keeps the laptop from crashing under parallel agents.
- A ship train that batches approved work into one checked deploy a day.
